Edit to add to my review : We reached out to the service manager to find out what had happened when we were informed that it was a call center that took our phone call the first time and that they likely didn’t realize that this location does not have a service department on a Saturday . Glenn arranged to have my vehicle picked up from my work , brought to the dealership to have the first service done and tires rotated as part of the Jeep Wave program when you purchase the new hybrid model . Service was completed and the vehicle was dropped back at my work with my keys and paperwork within two hours . (Fast service). Impressed and thankful that they were able to fit me in and take care of and make things right after being told to just show up to fast lane on a Saturday . (I should have went out to inspect the vehicle though when it got dropped back off to me and I didn’t, because as I was leaving work I noticed that there was OIL ALL OVER THE EXTERIOR ! The hood , the front bumper , the windshield , the entire passenger side door , mirror and even splattered on the inside of the passenger door. As a result we had to take it to the car wash and scrub it all to get it clean and get the oil off . $30 later and half hour later to detail the outside . Emailed these photos to the service manager , was told that he would look into it as he was not sure what it could be and offered to come pick the vehicle up to have a look even though we had already cleaned it all. Never heard back !!! Called in advance to book a service appointment for a brand new vehicle . Was told that fast lane is open on Saturdays till 1:00pm . I’m sitting in the fast lane drive thru entrance at 11:00am on a Saturday and they aren’t even answering the door or the phone . Not a very great first experience dealing here so far . Are you open in fast lane on Saturdays or not ?

The service was quick the people was helpful. The lady at the service counter was helpful and took me around so I didn't get confused or lost to put in in the right hands to help me look for a vehicle. The young girl in the garage at the desk helped me right away and was very pleasant to talk to. She made my day with great service. And the parts counter was very helpful and cut my key right away and didn't make me wait and was very nice. Chris in sales took his time away from his lunch to help me look for a vehicle and even though I couldn't buy today he still took his time to email me vehicles and assist me in finding the right vehicle for me. Overall a great crew and would go back any time. Thanks.

Me and my husband just bought a truck from here. They were very thorough on everything answered all of our questions very on top of everything we needed and they definitely went above and beyond for us. If you’re looking for a place to purchase a vehicle this is definitely it we had the honour of working with Rahul And he was hands-on the entire time! 10/10 Experience!

Poor service department. If you’re getting warranty work you’re treated like a second class Citizen. Waited 5 hours for them to tell me they feel a vibration but can’t figure it out. Jeeps not even two years old! Asked for a manager to call me back 5 days and 3 follow ups and still nothing. I wouldn’t recommend you taking a Tonka truck to get fix here. Please keep in mind I’ve purchased six vehicles from the dealership and still treated like this.

I had some problems and delays when getting my winter tires put on my vehicle this year but after a couple of days things worked out extremely well. The staff were excellent (Jennifer and Lori) and went beyond in the service area. My husband and I have been dealing with Dartmouth Dodge (first with Courtesy Chrysler) and are currently in our 5th van from them. I would recommend Dartmouth Dodge to anyone who is not only looking for a great car but anyone who wants to deal with professionals who know what great service is.

2014 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel. Was in for a leaking fuel line, which took 1 month to get in for. I was able to put a patch on myself at home and the only reason I could use my vehicle in between. They failed to have the part available for the work and had to put in an order. The next week did not receive a call to rebook and called on Friday for an update only to be told the part was in and they could only get me in in another month. Very disappointed, this is a major safety issue and they could have had me without a vehicle for 2 months, if I wasn’t a little handy. Update The dealership did reach out and moved my appt up a few days, best they could do without cancelling others, in and out in 2 hrs, the new Uber shuttle was nice too.
